回顾多伦多户外艺术展览
This weekend I stopped by theToronto Outdoor Art Exhibition. It was a lot bigger and more interesting than expected. Reminded me how many talented artists - of all disciplines - we have in the city.
As I walked around the grounds outside City Hall, I snapped a bunch of photos of some of my faves like Milk Sugar Bacon (above) byLouis Cohen. There was definitely more than painting and photography here. I guess it just so happened that's what stood out for me.
I'm pretty sure I've seenMike Parsonsdoing his thing on Queen West. He was attracting a bit of a crowd at the TOAE. His work is really intricate and involved.
Not sure if this one was fromKrista Bursey or Jason Wattermanbut it picked up a top prize for something.
I really likedPaul C'swork. These look like paintings but they're actually high res photos taken against a white background, printed on canvas.
Oleh Sirantwon an award for Best Portraits at the show. He too prints his photos on canvas.
I really liked these still life's fromDorion Scott. Or maybe I was just hungry.
