Funnel Cake Dream is the result of one man's lifelong love affair with the favourite carnival snack. Paul Juchniewicz's food truck hit the road this spring, dishing out deep-fried squiggly treats to crowds across Toronto. The classic strawberry-topped funnel cake is - obviously - still on the menu, but you can get everything from Nutella to apple-cinnamon compote to maple syrup and bacon bits.
