Shopcaster(previously spelled Shopcastr), an online window shopping experience highlighting Toronto boutiques, has recently expanded to offer customers the option to buy the products right off the website. Shipping anywhere in Canada is $5 flat, plus, if you refer a friend who makes a purchase, you'll get a credit to use on your very own home-grown garment, accessory, orvery confusing vinyl monkey thing with a transparent hat.

Chosen Vintagehas officially moved from their second-floor home to the spot whereRuinsused to be, at 960 Queen St W. Since it no longer takes a chalkboard sign and a flight of stairs to get there, we'll have to see what an increase in traffic and retail space will do for the hip and affordable shop.

Womenswear boutiquePho Paclosed its doors for good after several years on Queen St W and in Kensington market. The hidden gem - which stocked eccentric but well-made pieces - will definitely be missed.

Incredibly unique jewellery designerI'MONIQis having a one-day pop-up shop atMiracle Thieves(249 Crawford St) tomorrow (September 27) from 7 pm until 11 pm. The intricately woven, hand-dyed, and charm-bedazzled statement jewellery will be available for purchase over treats and beats byDavid Coppafeel.

The 4th annualWalk a Mile in her Shoesis happening tomorrow (September 27) from noon until 2 pm. Head down to Yonge-Dundas Square (men especially!) to strut down the runway in a pair of high heels - or to support those participating - in the name of helping to end violence against women.
