The Glimmers Share Their Music at Wrongbar This Thursday

Belgium's finest,The Glimmers, are back in town this Thursday September 25th to properly pimp their latest album Gee Gee Fazzi.

The Glimmers have been DJing for over 20 years, and have released plenty of great mixed records and compilations underEskimocollections, Culture Club series,DJ KicksandFabric Livemixes.

They have always stayed authentic by playing the music that they like without following trends. Something that at times has pushed them to the side corners in the music world.

In January this year, they finally released their debut CD. The album is filled with fantastic deep disco tracks, a style they've built a good reputation for over the years with their productions.

So why now in September come play atWrongbarunder the labelTHE GLIMMERS ARE GEE GEE FAZZI Record Release Party?

We'll that's because like many artist these days, they are trying to find new formulas that go against conventional music industry standards. Their album was never released in stores. It is only given out for FREE (yes FREE) when you attend one of their shows.

I've been a big fan of them for years, so I find these catchy music plus show combos to be very rewarding as a fan and audience member.

And seriously, it's only $10! You can't even buy a new CD for that! So i think The Glimmers might be on the right track when it comes to the future of music.
