SPORTS|Pillow Fight League
Come watch the feathers fly tonight as Pillow Fight League champion Olivia Neutron Bomb defends her title against number one contender Charley Davidson. Neutron Bomb has stood astride atop the world of professional pillow fighting for a few months now, and despite a recent spirited challenge from Laina Beaton in Montreal she's yet to give up her title. The title fight headlines an entire night of live match-ups. It's women in pajamas beating each other with pillows people; this event practically sells itself.

PARTY|Cantina Night at Naco Gallery
Taking its name from a derogatory term used to describe Mexican Indians,the Naco Gallery CafĂŠin Parkdale is dedicated to showcasing art by local emerging artists. Starting tonight, every two weeks it will be fully transformed into a Mexican cantina complete with a band playing traditional boleros, rancheras, and arrabal music. Nothing cures the winter blues like some strong tequila and a fiery Mexican band.

FILM|My Winnipeg with Guy Maddin
Innis Town Hall continues their weeklong Maddin-fest with a screening of his 2007 dreamy hometown odeMy Winnipeg. The film takes us on a tour of the winter-bound city of Maddin's childhood and has widely been hailed as one of the best Canadian films of the last decade. To revisit the city's history as well as his personal past, Maddin hired actors to portray himself and his family members, recreating pivotal scenes of his own life in an effort provide some insight into how anyone could love a city that can be so cold and unforgiving. The director will be attendance as part of his four-night residency at Innis.

Fledgling theatre companyTheatre Caravelremount their first-ever production tonight with a performance ofOver. Written by award-winning playwright and performance artistDarren O'Donnell, the play tells the story of Mann and Otter, a brother and sister pair who live together in an isolated apartment, unaware of the deeply troubling nature of their incestuous relationship. Starring Caravel co-founders Eric Double and Julia Nish-Lapidus. Runs til Saturday.

MUSIC|Joshua Cockerill at the Dakota
Only 21-years old, Calgary-bornJoshua Cockerillhas the musical talent usually associated with a seasoned country artist. The singer-songwriter has earned the respect of Toronto's roots community and recruited local heavyweights like Jon Dinsmore, Serena Ryder and Justin Rutledge for his 2009 debutThe Trick With Your Heart I'm Learning to Do. He'll be joined by some of his talented friends tonight to play three sets at Toronto's best country music bar.

COMEDY|Joke Club with Nick Flanagan
来ronto comic, Nick Flanagan, is living out every comedian's dream by recording his very own album. So if you come to the Comedy Bar tonight, be sure to laugh as loud as you can. If you've never heard his stuff before, Flanagan is the witty and sarcastic comic who also fronts the punk bandBrutal Knights. He'll be joined by the bill of Joke Club, which tonight includes Dinkus, Mack Lawrenz, and Desiree Lavoy.
