Lucky enough to have a few days off this week for the holidays? Fine Oak is holding art workshops each day this week with different themes and subject matter for all skill levels. The 4-hour BYOB classes will encourage participants to let loose while participating in focus projects, painting demos, visual arts games and art wars. Supplies are included in the class price, which is $40 for one class, $75 for two or $125 for three.

MUSIC|Holiday Soul with The Reply
DJ Dave "Bookie" Bookman from 102.1 The Edge continues to host Nu Music Nites at the Horseshoe every Tuesday to draw eyes toward upcoming indie talent in the city of Toronto and this evening there are three awesome new bands that need an audience. Opening at 9:15PM is Windsor rockers The River of Ghosts followed by Toronto band The Reply at 10:15PM. Hamilton Celtic punk rock band The Saints Are Coming will close the show. As always, there is no cover so come out and support indie talent.

MUSIC|What's In The Box Night 2 with Sepalcure, Nautiluss + more
It's that lull between Christmas and New Year's and the Drake is ready to fill the void. Drake's What's In The Box is an evening of live music running on the rule of 5: five bands will play over five nights for $5. Tonight, electronica band Guerre will open with a 9PM set followed by Mymanhenri, Exeter and Nautiluss with New York house/dub/two step band Sepalcure closing at 1AM. The event runs all week with five new bands each night.

MUSIC|The Garrison Boxing Day Special
It's also Day 2 of The Garrison's annual Boxing Week music series. Tonight's line-up features local talent More Or Les, B-17, Norvasia as well as promised special guests. Maybe it will be Mick Jagger and Justin Bieber. Together. $5 or 3 non-parishable food items All proceeds to the Food Bank.
