Hail Mary is speakeasy dance club with a small-scale bar and glittery disco vibe tucked away on the second floor ofTrack & Field.

This is the latest College Street venue opened by Nickie Minshall, Jesse Borg, and Tasha Potter, who also own the bar downstairs, and英航ngarangon the same street.

The same approachable, non-pretentious attitude remains the same for all of their bars, including Hail Mary. You don't need to pay cover, there isn't any guest list, and what you wear won't determine whether you get in or not.

Walk through the main entrance of Track and Field and head up the stairs on your right to the second floor space called The Palms. Here, you'll find a side door with Hail Mary's glowing neon sign on top of it.

In typical speakeasy style, you'll be transported into an entirely separate bar after walking through a small, but dark hallway.

Suddenly, a disco ball, raging pink and purple LED lights, plus a DJ playing music you'd hear at a house party, await you.

Hail Mary opens at 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays only, however the party really gets started between 11 p.m. and 11:30 p.m., as crowds between the ages of 25 to 35 really start to shuffle in.

The bar has some fun additions to the space that allow you to do more than just stand around and drink.

Grab your friends and head to their photo booth, for no cost, you can snap some shots to remember your night out. But, make sure to enter in your number after you take them, the pics will get sent directly to your phone.

Hail Mary also offers bottle service. You can reserve one of their several booths or tables, and for an additional costs get one of their tailored bar carts.

These are pre-packaged and come along with your bottle of choice. One of them, called "Witch Please," includesa bottle of cava, tarot cards, prayer candles, and candy priced at $375.00.

These are fun features you can use to bond with people at your table, or add to a birthday celebration.

The bar menu at Hail Mary is short and sweet. They do your typical rail mixed drinks, bubbly champagne, and also have a few cocktails on tap.

The Full of Grace ($12.00) reminds me of an alcoholic sweet tea.Lot 40 Canadian Whiskyis the base, combined with peach, iced tea, and lemon for extra flavour. A lemon slice is used for the garnish which adds to the citrus-filled taste of this drink.

If you want to swallow back a shot that you'll actually enjoy the taste of, try the Holy Water shooter ($8.00). It has a strong herbal profile to it, due to the basil and mint flavours inside. Vodka is the base, with lime, and cucumber added to the mix.

The Hail Mary ($12.00) is the second cocktail on the menu and closely resembles the Full of Grace in terms of colour. The taste is entirely different though, as this one usesAltos Blanco Tequilaas its base.

This pairs nicely with theAperolthat follows next, along with pineapple juice, lime and ginger beer to top off this spicy, yet sweet offering.

As your night wears on, you may get a little overwhelmed by all the dancing you'll be doing at Hail Mary. Have a seat and take a breather in The Palms room that sits just outside the entrance.
