Toronto's an innovative place. Our city is filled with tech accelerators, locally owned startups, massive tech giants and lots oftech-related events. We may not be Silicon Valley, but for Canada, we're apparently the place to be if you're looking to work in the technology sector.

According to a new report fromCBRE(the commercial real estate company), Toronto is Canada's leading technology market. And the tech workforce here has grown by one third over the past five years.

Big cities, like Vancouver, Ottawa and Montreal, round out the top four. But smaller markets, such as Waterloo, Winnipeg and Halifax, are experiencing lots of growth too.
